Returns & Exchanges

At Melanie Lyne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag, including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
